| If you look around. everyone has their OWN since of fashion. Some people base their fashion on what is in a magizine or on a manican. Others go to the thrift and put whatever together, sometimes it looks cute and sometimes not so much. Then there are the ones who try to stick with the fashion they have always worn.Im one of those people that likes to stick with some of the fashions ive always worn. I hate to go shopping right now for jeans, for one because im not the same size ive always been but another reason is because the style I wear isnt the style they are making it seems anymore. You see the kids walking around with their jeans so tight to their ankles, I wouldnt be able to get my big feet through them, not to Mention I would look like I had skis on once I did get them on. Now some of my friends on the other hand like to wear whatever is on the manicans, it doest matter how bad it looks on them if it looked good on the manican they are going to try and pull it off. Now dont get me wrong some of the things that you see in the store window are very cute, and they have gotten better about putting things out that will flatter more then the girl that wears a size 0 and has an A cup. I think they are startig to realize that not everyone is made like that, really no one is made like that anymore even my 10 year old sister has curves people. Well now you get to the ones that go to the thrift store and get a printed tee and a scarf and put it together and thats their outfit. It does look cute on some people and then some not so much. My boss she LOVES going to the thrift. This lady is rich but loves shopping at the thrift stores, but im telling you she finds some cute stuff and always gets compliments on her outfits. Me im am not patient enough to go through everything and find maybe one or two things. One mans junk is another mans treasure is definately true here. If you have the time and patience to look through all the clothes and shoes at the second hand shops, I would recommend it because you can find some really cute things. One time when I decided to relax and look I found my FAVORITE pair of jeans, probably someone wanting to wear skinny jeans now so they gave up their flared jeans. |
